METABOLIC AND HEMATOLOGIC DISORDERS IN PICU

Metabolic disorders and hematologic abnormalities can appear to be a frustrating group of diseases in PICUs. During stress, The orchestrated rise in counterregulatory hormones leads to a complex metabolic alteration. In addition to metabolic changes, abnormal hemostasis and kidney injury frequently cause serious problems. Therefore, this webinar will review the current understanding of some common metabolic and hematologic in critically ill children.
