SAVING NEWBORN LUNGS – OFFLINE COURSE 2023
Mechanical ventilation is one of the most common therapies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), it is an area where technical complexity and decision making are crucial regarding the use of modes and settings of mechanical ventilation, with the aim of providing adequate gas exchange and minimizing lung injury. Mechanical ventilation is potentially live saving in neonatal patients with respiratory failure.
This Course is aimed to provide clinical practice guidelines for non-invasive ventilation, conventional mechanical ventilation, and High Frequency Ventilation of newborn infants, and are meant to help the clinician in managing ventilated newborn infants.
This is OFFLINE COURSE session. No online access is available.
